About Awovarsity Taekwondo Klub

Awovarsity Taekwondo Klub was founded in 1977 as a Martial Arts Club practicing Korean Taekwondo (WTF).

Formerly known as University of Ife Martial Arts Club, it is the first combat sports club to be established in any Nigerian tertiary institution.

Over 1000 black belt holders have passed through the club in its 40 year history.
